By placing this order and attending this event, I acknowledge that photographs may be taken of me and used on FunWithWine.com's website and in its promotional materials. Such photographs may be accompanied by my name and used alone or in conjunction with other photographs, artwork or text which may or may not contain my name or signature. I waive all of my rights and agree to cause all of my guests to waive any of their rights to inspect and approve any of the foregoing materials, their use either alone or in combination with other materials as the same as may be used in connection with any FunWithWine activity.
In the event that you are signing up for more than one reservation, please be advised that your guests will also be required to sign the same release at the door. If they do not sign the release, admission may be denied without a refund.
